Hey, I'm Lynn. Self proclaimed legend, wife, mum, terrible singer and can be known to swear a bit. I think I'm in the midst of a mid-life crisis alongside my husband. So what do we do? Sell everything, pack up our lives and move to Bali. I'm here to share the ups and downs that come with taking risks, breaking the barriers around what normal life looks like and to hopefully bring some humour along the away. HIGH PERFORMANCE PLANNER BY BRENDON BURCHARD

For the past month I have been using the High Performance Planner by Brendan Burchard and it has been a game changer with staying organised and keeping my mental health strong. Every morning I start my day by completing 10 Morning Mindset questions and then finish with an evening journal. There is a section for must do tasks, goals and other notes plus you end the week and month with an overall reflection. Highly recommend for those wanting to work on yourself.  Discipline is the only way to achieve greatness.
